Wow! Whether you're sewing clothes for yourself or someone else, this is a tool you might want to consider. I wish I had had this flexible curved ruler when I first started sewing. One of the problem areas for me is the braid on my arm - I need a size 8 for the armhole and a size 12 for the bust. The flexible curve ruler allows me to accurately measure my shoulder and accurately transfer those measurements to my patterns. And I don't need a buddy to miss me, and I don't need to be an acrobat! Great tool for house drainage.
