The oven wouldn't hold temperature. I called them and they told me to fill out the form they would send me and when they receive it back they will send me a new oven, and I would not need to return mine. So we pitched the box as we didn't have storage space for it. After I finally received their form, their response to it was we needed to return our oven to receive a new one, and we would have to pay shipping. Not having a box to ship it in and not willing to pay $50-60 shipping fee, we just pitched the oven and bought one that worked from Walmart. Our new Farberware oven works beautifully and even dehydrates.
