I needed a shorter bar stool for my custom Ms. Pacman single counter, and no better than her best friend Pacman stool. This particular stool design uses authentic retro artwork rather than sprites. I even have a vintage metal lunch box with the same design. A little pricey but you understand you are paying for the custom branding of these items. In terms of build quality, I find the stool to be very durable and comfortable. The key to stability is not to fully tighten all the nuts until the chair is fully assembled. That way you don't bend the bars during reassembly and cause wobble as some reviewers have claimed. Washers weren't necessary but I'm glad they were included. I recommend using leg extensions for standard height and counter truck cabs with or without lift. My Richardson bar stools were too tall for the bar counter and this suited their retro aesthetic. The only thing that bothers me is the lack of a rotating top like on other bar stools.
