I got mine from Amazon warehouse and I think I know why the first owner came back, my husband had a screw problem. First, it's not. doesn't come with the Allen Ranch as it's supposed to and secondly the holes don't line up properly and I promise it's not user error (I find that in reviews a lot). I really like that the back is optional, it feels solid, it's metal so it's very susceptible to temperature changes making it uncomfortable, but it just needs some padding. It's stylish, it's the perfect height for our countertop kitchen island (3ft tall).
