We are very happy with this product. My dog's skin is itchy and sometimes his tummy will be itchy then he will start chewing and my skin will become red and irritated. We put him in a cone but he bumped into things and we felt so bad being in a cone all day and night. For us it was a great and cost-effective solution. My pup seemed comfortable but could not reach his tummy. He also looked comfortable while sleeping; the donut was almost a pillow for him. My dog's neck size is 14 inches so we ordered a large one. One day he slipped out of a donut. I think that's because we didn't secure it tight enough. We could probably order medium, but I'm happy with our choice.
