Review on Star Wars Death Popcorn Maker by Monica Watson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A fun movie night with a 7 year old!

After reading a bad review and waiting for the arrival of this product, I was very worried. But that was completely unnecessary! My experience has only been positive. My grandson and I tried it right away. (Actually, I didn't realize microwavable popcorn wasn't supposed to be good for you, and felt guilty for giving it to him that way.) We used the measuring cup above to pour in some Jolly Time popcorn. This cup can then be used to melt butter while the machine is on. About 6 seeds fell into the bowl at first and then kept popping until it ran out. Microwave it - if the hiss really slows down - or you'll burn it up like a microwave. Not a single shot was fired outside the bowl, and certainly nothing flew out through the grate. The popcorn was light and fluffy (but butter and/or salt is a must!). This is the perfect amount for 2 or 3 people sitting around watching their favorite Star Wars movie. My grandson also loved the design.
