Review on Slimming Reducer Lifting Slimmer Tightening by Paul Stevens

I wore it to work and it was an experience. I don't know why, but over time it got tighter and tighter. At the 30 minute mark I could feel it constricting my ears but by the 1 hour mark it was already on the verge of irritation! It didn't hurt too much, but the pressure around my ears was so bad that I had a hard time concentrating on my work. I think this would be great for when you're going to bed or watching a movie (e.g. when you don't have to concentrate much on anything). In terms of effects, I feel like it didn't give me a super defined jawline, but it did manage to puff out my cheeks a bit.
