This is a real canvas, not a canvas. The quality is good, there is nothing to complain about the price. Arrived on time, well packaged. I gave it 4 stars for the following reasons: A. The extra canvas on the back makes it difficult to lay flat on a flat surface. I might cut and re-sew it if it's not too flat. B. Although it is pre-primed I apply 2-3 coats of plaster to give a smoother finish.
