So you're buying a mop. Then, months later, you need a refill. What kind are you ordering? O Cedar can easily put a name or model number on the mop so you can match it with the correct replacement head, but they make money if you have to throw away the mop because you can't find a replacement head that attaches properly. I chose the wrong refill because I didn't know which one to buy so I assumed it was this one. Guilty? Not really, because Oh Cedar wants me to get upset and buy a new mop. Which I'll probably do now that I've wasted my time, money and earthly resources buying the wrong damn gas station. O CEDAR is on my black list as a wasteful and fraudulent company. Not everyone will buy their products again. Understood, O cedar?
