I like how easy it was set up; they were very helpful with my questions throughout our implementation process! The dashboard can be somewhat confusing at first (it's not always clear what each section does), but once you know where everything goes in there - even if just by trial-and error -- then navigating becomes much easier when making changes later down stream of time within an account/campaign etc.. This software allows us access into all communication platforms we use daily so no more missing calls due do miscommunication between employees about which tools are being used during conversations.
