ConverseMaxine Review

I like how easy it was to set up my account with this software! It works well across all platforms (PCs/Mac) so there's no need to worry about compatibility issues when using multiple devices at once. The interface could be more intuitive - some of us are not computer savvy enough to figure out where everything goes without help. I like how easy it was set up; they were very helpful with my questions throughout our implementation process! The dashboard can be somewhat confusing at first (it's not always clear what each section does), but once you know where everything goes in there - even if just by trial-and error -- then navigating becomes much easier when making changes later down stream of time within an account/campaign etc..
