Update 7/10/2021: 9 months after purchase... the screen stopped responding to touches for some reason. I thought it might be my iPhone X so I factory reset the phone via iTunes. But it did not work. I emailed the seller and they understood my frustration and sent me a replacement. The exchange works perfectly. The replacement came within 2 days and I am very grateful! He arrived the next day. It took me an hour of frustration and I paused because I just couldn't understand the clip. I watched a lot of videos on youtube and finally realized that the old clamp frame was still attached to the phone 🤦🏻‍♀️ I was ready to give up and even requested a refund lol but everything is fine now. Works without problems at the moment.
