Like Screen Protectors
Because school is entirely virtual, I got a severe headache from staring at my monitor for over 12 hours. After using it, it helped a lot. I'm still staring at my screen for over 12 hours and haven't had a headache since (it's been about two months). The only thing I would like to say is measure your monitor very accurately. I got the measurements wrong for myself and there are a few air bubbles making it a bit difficult to install. However, it has made online school much more bearable.
