Great value for money, high quality

There are so many different alternative filters but not many reviews I found comparing them so here is my try. I've used these Iclean filters, official Neato Ultra Performance filters, and stock filters. Quality: Neato Ultra Performance Filter - 10/10. The two-layer system catches dust well, while the fine mesh holds pet hair well. Iclean filter - 8.5/10. Dust is just as good, but the mesh of the outer layer isn't as fine, making pet hair easier to get stuck inside. Others recommend opening a small hole on one side of the outer layer to remove pet hair. Standard filters - 4/10 quickly clog and reduce airflow. I did one cycle with them and another cycle immediately after with the Iclean filters and it picked up a decent amount of dust. I do not recommend. Value: Iclean filter - 10/10. For $2 each, you get the best bang for your buck. They may not last as long as the official ones, but you're also paying 1/5 the price for similar performance. Neato Ultra Performance Filters - 7/10 At $10 each, you're paying more for brand and quality. Filters Don't worry as you don't need filters which don't work so well in a vacuum. Bottom Line: Get Iclean filters if you need value for money for high performance. Get official Neato Ultra Performance filters when you're willing to pay more for better quality and performance.
