I bought this as a 2nd stage post tummy tuck garnment. The one I got from the Doctors is not too big. I ordered an XL. I read the reviews and decided On that size. I saw other fajas that reviews said order 2 size up. But this one is true to size. I’m 5’4” weighing 210 (big breast butt & thighs). Use to wear a 16 but now I’m in a 12. When I pulled this faja out the package I was thinking it’s NO WAY IM GETTING INTO THAT! But I tried. My hips were the worst part bc it’s 4 wks later & im still sore everywhere. It took 22 mins to get on. I took my time & waited after each limb got covered. Once on, I did not feel uncomfortable or suffocated. I slept in in & the next morning it was easier to take off & put on. I love the fact it has thick straps & came with strap extensions & has the high back. I’m taking off a star for 2 reasons, bc of the noice it makes when u walk. But wearing pants will help that. If u want to wear a dress with it u can. It’s not extremely loud but I just throw biker shorts over top. And for the booty shaper. It’s a nice lifter but it doesn’t leave room for big hips.
