I'm so glad to be able to write a good review as I've read and thought about all the bad reviews over the past 2-3 months and it's depressing! My HP printer which was 13 years old (with no problems) eventually died and I figured it would be easy to just order a new one. Well I don't know what happened to HP but all the reviews for their printers are terrible and it's hard to decide which one to play with. I just picked this one Wednesday to finally get it over with as I couldn't print anything as my old one died. It was delivered late in the morning and I'm almost afraid to jinx myself to say that it was unpacked, plugged in and printed within 10-15 minutes. I really feel like one of the lucky ones. I didn't set it up wirelessly. I just used a USB cable from my old one and plugged it straight into my laptop. Windows 10 immediately gave me a printer setup message and within a minute I was done. Then I put in the ink cartridges, printed an alignment page, added some paper, and printed what was left. I am very happy and happy about it and hope the printer is ok from now on. Hopefully in a few years. I don't know why some people have an easy install like me and some have a complete nightmare. I have doubts about the quality of HP and their quality control as unfortunately it is difficult to find good reviews. You just have to choose one and go with it and hope for the best.
