Maintain good posture. It is not included!
The only issue I have with this repair kit is that it does not include a bearing. But this light saved me a lot of money. Not a difficult transition either. Just make sure your posture isn't bad. I had a spare pump that I pulled the bearing from. I don't know who is selling the camp.
