Good in theory. So I've tried using this twice and it's terrible. The idea is to put the dough ingredients in and then shake it, right? But no matter how you shake it, it doesn't mix everything completely. The batter is sprinkled with unmixed ingredients, making what should have been a dump and shake incredibly messy. Using a small spatula, I had to remove the lid and mix the batter again. Now you think it's not that bad. Okay, let's get to the cleaning. I take the lid off and find that the ingredients, which I presumably mixed into the batter by hand, are stuck to the top. A centimeter of flour was stuck to the rubber seal on the inside of the lid. While I like using it to measure waffle/pancake batter, I don't recommend using it to mix ingredients.
