The best thing about their service is that they are flexible enough to meet my needs, no matter what I need help doing or where in world it's located! They also have good documentation of all services offered including pricing which makes things very easy for me as well since we're not working through emails alone :) Their rates seem expensive compared other web solutions but if you want someone who knows exactly how each part fits into larger systems like SEO then this could be worth looking at (and paying more). Our problem was our out-of date websites were slow loading pages so people wouldn't stay long browsing them - causing potential sales revenue loss over several years time frame when customers would visit us elsewhere instead because content wasn’t up dated regularly/newly added products weren;'ve been found by searching online first etc..
