Review on Reservation Assistant by Kofi Wills

I like having all my reservation information in one place, so easy to see any changes! The system is fairly user-friendly - there are helpful tutorials throughout that lead you step by step through using it effectively. There's also an app available (android/iOS) if users prefer this way of booking their appointments instead of online or phone only methods. As with most systems we use at our spa, some functions don't always work as expected but when something does go wrong they do offer great customer service via phone & live chat feature which has been very useful over the years. It helps us keep track of everything related to bookings. I like that it's easy to use and has all of the features you would expect from a reservation management system. I dislike that they haven't added a mobile app yet, but otherwise everything is great. I have been able to manage my reservations in one place. It has allowed me to streamline our booking process so much more efficiently.
