My dog is a 4 pound Chihuahua. Shopping for clothes can be a challenge for her with her big little belly and very short legs. I originally ordered a full winter suit version of this vest and the legs and body length were too long for it. She literally staggered and fell trying to walk in a winter suit. My second option was to try this vest on her and honestly I couldn't be happier with this vest! It is well made and lined with nice warm faux wool fleece. It has 3 buttons along the belly and fits snugly around the neck so she doesn't choke when all 3 buttons are buttoned. The bonus is that although the vest is not advertised as such, it is DOUBLE SIDED! Fleece in a lovely brown color for those days when you don't want your dog looking like an adorable little gold nugget!.LOL. Seriously, I loved this vest so much I bought it in all the colors! It's easy to put on and take off when she needs to get out in a hurry, and when we go for long walks it keeps her warm and toasty. She gets tons of compliments on how cool her down jacket is, even from teenagers who pass us on walks! LOL We recommend this vest!
