This is a well made, good sized travel backpack that I researched well before ordering. The price was right and the size was perfect for planned city walks in New York. When it arrived I just wasn't "overwhelmed" like I'd like to be. Even though it looks better in the photos, it actually looks like faux leather. I wanted to like it but instead I sent it back because I knew I would feel like a fashionista who wants to be a fashionista who travels around town with her on my back. The straps were also uncomfortable, which bothered me. I definitely get why people love it - I'm just more like a real leather girl.
