I purchased these 16 gram stainless steel zirconia surgical cartilage studs with the intention of using them for my helix piercing, but I quickly realized that they were too long for the helix . While in my ear, they fall forward and kind of "pop" out forward. I wanted them at the back because of the ball screw so my hair doesn't get caught in the back all the time, but they fit the tragus, which is the much thicker part of the ear. But it's really great quality at a really great price! They are beautiful, durable and well made.
