As Jayson Tripp said, Microsoft doesn't allow the public to calibrate their sticks... However, SOSS GAMING couldn't do better by explaining in SUPER detail how to MANUALLY calibrate their analog sticks, please check out his YouTube and/or scan the QR code on the packaging. ATTENTION, this is not easy for beginners, practice on garbage first, maybe for a day, and then try! I have some photos of the box and a video after 45 minutes of manual calibration but not worth buying a new controller!
