Dumb TVs are hard to find and this one suits my purpose. Something to watch the news or a TV show in the morning while I'm cooking. The reviewers are right, the sound isn't very good. I set surround sound but you won't notice any difference. I set the picture to light and it's much better than the standard picture. TV supports my needs. I use a broadcast antenna. No frills, no smart scrolling (which drives me crazy) and a good remote for quick channel changes.
