Review on 🍳 Optimized Winco APL 11 Aluminum Sizzling Platter by Bryan Hill

What can you say about the metal plate? It doesn't have to look pretty, it has to be useful in the kitchen. I've used them for nachos and it worked great, the nachos slid onto the serving platter instantly with no oil or cooking spray on the sizzling platter. However, when I threw them in the dishwasher, they didn't look good. But then again, they're made to be workhorses in a busy kitchen, not to look pretty. They are meant for cooking, not for serving. In that sense it did its job and for the price they are great.
