I have a lot of vinyl and linoleum floors. I use a white squeegee to dust and am amazed at how much they pick up. All you do is lay the mop on the floor and place the mop head on it, velcro does the rest, no attaching or anything. Then I hand wash them to make sure it's all gone, but I can be a bit OC about cleanliness - for me it's SO worth it. I use blue mops for wet cleaning and am always amazed at how much they pick up. I also love the silent cleaning, and its maneuverability is the best: I can climb under all the furniture that was previously inaccessible even with a broom. I used to use a steam cleaner and rotary scrubber but I covered my vinyl (Armstrong) to protect it and now cleaning is a breeze, no noise and just water. I became addicted.
