Overall, I really liked the vest. If you are deciding on size, I suggest going a size down. The vest is supposed to fit snug.I was hesitant about the built in velcro support. It is actually nice in that it helps to keep the vest in place, so if you are doing various exercise movements, you don't have to worry about having to constantly adjust. The velcro support straps also don't protrude through which I was nervous could happen.Overall, it really helps with amping up generating a good sweat as soon as you begin working out. For the price, quality and comfort you really can't beat this. I have gone through several work out vests to assist in both slimming and generating sweat and this has by far been the best. I work out 4-5 times a week, and it has definitely helped shedding the last bit of unwanted abdomen fat.I suggest washing cold with little soap and hang drying.
