Too short and the ankle is too big

These shoes were both too small and too big. I'm the eldest and wear Big Kid and ordered half a size up. Unfortunately the length was too short but the ankle strap was huge. I tightened it all the way and it was still loose. Also, part of the fabric (tongue) was rubbing on the leg. I love this style but this shoe does not run true to size.

For this price, this is excellent quality. The colors are vibrant and the materials used are durable. Would buy again
