Absolutely perfect. NSF approved, BPA free, professional quality, dishwasher safe, durable and impact resistant, with tight fitting lids and a way to see contents without opening. Made in the USA! I bought a set of 3 packs of 4 liters so I can make large batches of dough and have a large enough container to rise. So happy with this product. Every breadmaker needs these containers, and every professional or hobbyist needs them for dough storage, large batches, or simple pantry storage. Great for lots of flour, sugar, beans, rice, etc. Because of the quality, I immediately ordered a 6 liter set. Order any size. You will be satisfied. The containers also have measuring levels clearly printed on the outside. For my kit it is listed in liters and quarts. UPDATE: I received the 6 quarts which came in a set of 2 and they are just as amazing.
