Containers arrived on time and appear solid. The lids were very difficult to put on at first, but I left them overnight and they seem to have adjusted to the shape of the containers. I ordered these when I received the book Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast from Ken Forkish who recommended this size for fermenting Pulish, Biga and Levein.
