Basically, you get what you pay for. We spent 9 days in Guatemala and 9 days in Costa Rica. We realized very quickly that the shoes DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH VENTILATION as our feet stink after a day outside. They don't resist sliding like we tried in El Lago Atitlán where there are slippery rocks of different sizes. Water DOES NOT DRAIN QUICKLY and shoes DO NOT DRY QUICKLY. The shoes looked really cute and provided a thin barrier between my feet and the ground. WILL NOT BUY AGAIN.
