One reviewer claims they are smaller than Mr. Clean Magic. Sponges Clean are 4.8" x 2.5" x 1.1" and the VACAIATU melamine sponges are 3.9" x 2.4" x 0.8". It's been a while since I've used Mr. Clean but they were amazed when I first discovered them removing grease stains from my bedroom wall pillow. Since then they have always been in my household cleaning kit. I like that they are designed for use with plain water. I read the minimal instructions on the box before testing the sponge, then went back to the Revain product page and found that there are more instructions and usage tips than the box says e.g. B. Brushing in one direction can prolong the life of the sponge. Soak in water to remove dirt. Don't rub it after each use. I ran it under the faucet and wiped away the accumulated dirt. I could see it getting worse as I wiped away the dirt. Then I looked at the third picture on the product page and the diagram showed it flushing under the faucet. The product seems Mr. clean. These sponges pick up dirty surfaces fairly quickly, but for really dirty jobs, you'll need to rinse them frequently. I tend to save them for the hardest work. But I will always have a version of this in my cleaning kit. These smaller ones may fit the bill better than the larger ones available. And I haven't tried the rather thin ones with a lot more length and width. I have no reason not to recommend them, but I would advise buyers to buy the best price for these types of items.
