I think it's good that you have the choice here: heat, massage or both. I work from home and the carpeted basement still lets the chill creep up on my feet, even in thick-soled slippers. This solved that problem! The auto shut off after 30 minutes is perfect too! If my feet get too hot, it turns off and just the right amount of heat remains! There are 2 heating modes. I usually use the lowest settings and am very comfortable. No burning sensation like other foot warmers I've tried. This heating pad is also incredibly light so I can easily change my sitting position and move the heating pad with my feet.
