I have purchased these before and both have been excellent items. I recently ordered a new one because my mom was installing new doors and the installer lost the bushings between the hinge pin and bracket. Where do I start with the list of problems? First, the entire stand is very thin. One section is slotted into another and NOT secured with a screw. The rack arms install by pushing and sliding down. In this case, a sealing ring is broken and the levers are not otherwise attached. Older models were attached with screws. I would have returned the item but missed the return deadline. At least I used new bushings to replace the lost ones. The rest went in the garbage. I would not recommend this item and would like the company to go back to making it.
