I really like this towel rail and it wasn't that hard to get the door off its hinges to install, just used a hammer and hit the hinge ball up with the chisel. When I put the hinges back in place, I coated them with petroleum jelly to make them easier to pull out next time if needed.

I had one (3) hinge installation. This product had three different problems. (1) The pipe section consists of 4 parts that are plugged together. One of the center pieces didn't match because a bushing had an unfinished protrusion that prevented assembly. This ridge had to be cut down before it worked. I recently ordered a new one because my mom was installing new doors and the installer lost the bushings between the hinge pin and bracket. Where do I start with the list of problems? First, the entire stand is very thin. One section is slotted into another and NOT secured with a screw. The rack arms install by pushing and sliding down. The bars usually vibrate as a whole, not individually. I couldn't get the needle out of my loops so I needed my husband's help.
