Review on H12003 Hinge It Clutterbuster: Premium Four Bar Hanging Valet, Chrome - Optimize Closet Space with Behind-the-Door Clothing and Towel Rack by Kim Aguilar

I had one (3) hinge installation. This product had three different problems. (1) The pipe section consists of 4 parts that are plugged together. One of the center pieces didn't match because a bushing had an unfinished protrusion that prevented assembly. This ridge had to be cut down before it worked. (2) The screws that secure the hinge brackets to the rack are Phillips (+) self-tapping screws. They cannot be tightened with a conventional screwdriver. The hinge is annoying. You can use an offset screwdriver if you have one, but the correct solution is to replace these screws with self-tapping screws and include a simple, thin, short metal hex key. (3) There is no need to attach the towel rails before attaching the frame to the hinges. You disturb! Overall, this is not a very well designed product.
