I wouldn't buy again

These seemed fine until I installed them and realized that the four that I bought were somehow all defective. I was trying to diagnose a problem with the project these were installed on, then got frustrated and left the project alone. Once I got back to the project and found that these potentiometers were not working properly, it was too late to return and I can't find how to contact the seller. Either there was a bad run of there or they are just cheap garbage. Either way I would steer clear and do not buy.

After the effort of installation, it worked for a little while. After a few rounds of testing the full range of the pot, to verify my firmware code, the darn thing got really scratchy and stopped working. I opened the enclosure to find that the back of one of them had unsnapped from the body. I could snap it back on, but it would just unsnap again and the thing wouldn''t work. Before trashing the pot, I took it apart, and observed junk construction.
