For the price, you really can't fault anything. The sound quality is actually very good. It's fairly easy to use, although the controls take a bit of getting used to (press right to go down and up to go back), but it's not a big deal. It's easy to put songs on it, just drag or copy/paste it from your computer when it's online. A few things to note: you have to make the songs yourself when you copy/paste them (trying to organize them in folders results in "no songs found" on the player), but when you copy/paste them on the player play, they are automatically sorted by artist and album. A computer I connected had folders labeled in Chinese. Again, you just have to copy/paste the songs to the USB (not to folders), so it doesn't matter, but it confused me for a second. My 9 year old wanted a music player so we bought him this and now he uses it all the time. We haven't made any videos or e-books about it.
