Uncomfortable for shoes
I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered a 41 even though it's an 8.5. The shoes fit well but they were so uncomfortable I wouldn't use them for spinning. These are bare bones shoes - no padding, no arch support. My feet felt like cardboard. I pay an extra $20-30 for nicer shoes with more cushioning.
