DO NOT BUY! This charger does not fit snugly and falls out easily (tested on Subaru and Mercedes Benz). In addition to poor performance, the charger is falsely advertised and has white text and blue LEDs that are not mentioned in the listing. The charger is also distorted in the photos, the item I was sent does not look like the picture (the photos show a completely black charger without any inscriptions). I ordered this charger because I wanted a high quality black metal charger with no markings or LEDs (for a black car to keep it looking clean). I tried replacing my cheaper plastic charger but the old plastic charger works and fits better so I still use it. The listing shows a charger with no LEDs and no markings/text on the charger. The charger that was sent to me has blue LEDs and markings when plugged in, which I did not expect. Cosmetic issues with the blue LED and printed white text wouldn't be an absolute deal breaker to me if the charger fitted and worked better. than my age; but this charger does not stay in the cigarette lighter at all. This charger can easily fall out when plugged in and not tight. This renders the charger unusable, it falls out too easily, tested on: 1999 Mercedes Benz SL500 and 2017 Subaru Outback and on both of my cars the charger falls out easily compared to the charger I was trying to replace.
