I like that it's in one area. No searching through several places if you haven't found what you are looking for. Great customer service. It's easy to use. We use these services quite often and have never had an issue with them! Nothing. If anything I dislike it that they changed their format so much so as almost every record was lost when we were setting this up. I can't think of anything that would be bad about working with this team! The customer support has been great from beginning to end!! We have used them for over 10 years now so they know our business needs better than we do ourselves sometimes ;) If you're looking into getting your documents scanned or digitized then definitely give these guys at least an opportunity - it's worth taking their time in order not only get all information but also make sure everything works out as planned :).
