I used it to replace an old almond GFI. The holes that are supposed to hold the wire don't work at all. They slide straight out. Not even a ground wire. I even cut and scraped and used a guide right on the back of the socket. no So I tried screws. One of the screws on the side of the outlet was not screwed in properly - it was skewed so the screw would not turn forward or backward. I used a different set of screws but they have lock nuts/washers on the inside of the plastic case. So if you ever have to remove the screw to reattach the wire, the lock nut will fall onto the back of the box rendering the socket useless. A metal disk floating in a socket is not safe! I ended up reusing the old socket until I can buy a new one at my local HW store. GARBAGE.
