I used to have 00g earlobes but I've let the piercer relax without jewelry for a few years. Now I miss my old jewelry and need to resize it again as it has shrunk. My photo of her current size is 2 g. This stretch kit is as described, well made, no sharp edges, the material doesn't irritate the skin (at least for me). Overall a good product. However, I'm only giving them four stars because the way they are packaged and presented encourages irresponsible stretching. Cones are tools, not decorations. There should be only one taper of each size and it should not be colored or stretchy. You'll damage your ears and get uneven stress when you wear cones. Here's a good example of stretching your earlobes at home: Wash the cone and tunnels one size larger than your current size. Take off your current jewelry and gently wash your earlobes. Apply jojoba oil or another lubricant to the earlobes, cones, and tunnels. Gently but firmly push the cone through a rag and follow right past the tunnel. Place the elastic on the back of the tunnel. Repeat with the other ear. Allow your ears to heal for at least a month before examining them again. This guide saved me a lot of heartache and I hope you take it to heart.
