Review on BlueZOO by Nathan Tank

After hearing nothing but praise about BlueZOO's cosmetics and toiletries, I was eager to finally make a purchase there. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience for me. The first problem was that the pricing were ridiculous, especially for luxury cosmetics. The poor quality of the things I bought just made problems worse. The treatments for women's attractiveness did not live up to their claims, and the shaving and hair removal tools were painful to use and ineffectual. Even more disheartening was the service provided to customers. I had trouble getting my needs met because the personnel didn't appear to care that I was a foreigner. I felt like I was being blamed of instigating the situation when I tried to return a defective goods. My time with BlueZOO was overall disappointing and frustrating. It's too bad, because I really wanted to like this shop. Not a good place to shop, especially if you are a tourist or a non-native speaker.
