Unfortunately, this is the only heated kennel floor heater I can find that fits our 70 lb labrador who likes to chew and uses his kennel as a kennel in an unheated barn with a double pet door on the side used barn. They work but fall apart quickly - see my photo from three years ago. Too bad I didn't control the nursery for the first two years, so I didn't try to find a replacement. I made a note this year to be sure and test the kennel before the warranty runs out and you can see the last purchase halfway through after just 5 months of use. I emailed my complaint to K&H and they responded quickly - they wanted me to take a photo of the original invoice and a photo of the defective product after I cut the power cord, with the photo proving it was cut. My warranty replacement arrived Fed Ex today. So they support their product, but be sure to test it before the warranty expires. If I find something big, best buy, and outdoor friendly that will last longer, I'll switch quickly! So if you buy one, save your receipt and check the seal before the one-year warranty expires! By the way, I have a photo of broken pads, all with cracks on the surface. I can't see where to post a photo when writing this review.
