We received this to replace our 2006 Malibu Maxx. We were able to get it working (I think) but it had to be modified. The diameter of the part above the shaft was too small. It seems it wasn't actually built for this car, although it says so. We took the spring loaded clasp off our old hand and put it on our new hand and it seems to work. It wasn't that easy. If the manufacturer really made it what is sold it would have been much better.
