The product is light but seems good quality. I thought it was a little wider. You can't fill the milk past 9oz or it will spill over if you are not paying attention. I filled it to 12oz and was standing next to it the whole time so it wouldn't spill over. It's perfect for warming water for tea. Fills up two of my larger tea cups if I fill water to the top and 1 1/2 if I put milk up to 12oz. I'm guessing if I want the milk to just be lukewarm than maybe I can fill it more.
