I bought these for my 3 year old daughter and they fit her with a small space. The fabric is very soft and doesn't cut into your ankles like other water shoes we've had. I like their thick soles - they are firm foam but at the same time soft and comfortable with good foot support. The open sides allow water/sand to flow in and out of the beach or pool. They are easy to clean and comfortable enough to walk the boardwalk for a while. She uses them at home on the deck as well as when playing on the water table. These are much better water shoes than I've bought before.
