The backs come off the coating very easily. I will try to use rubber backing.

I really don't like that the backs are useless as they flake off the coating immediately (so I bought them) so I gave 3 as half the product for me useless is stars. I'll start using rubber backing and see if the problem goes away. Cheap but my ears haven't complained yet and that's the point! Overall, great value for money so far 3 different usable sizes and I am very satisfied.
